The College's buildings are constructed in a style that complement and enhance the landscaped grounds and surroundings while still being geared to 21st Century Learning.  The College is constantly upgrading its facilities and encourages its students to take pride in their environment.

The Sciences are serviced by laboratories for Chemistry, Physics & Biological Sciences, whilst the Arts have the use of two Design & Technology Workshops, two Art & Craft Studios, a Specialist Music Studio as well as one Band and three Instrumental Practice Rooms. In addition to these spaces, the Emilie de Vialar Performing Arts Centre, with retractable theatre seating for 200 and state of the art technical facilities, showcases our exceptional Drama and Dance performances. Students also have access to two food kitchens, a textiles room, five networked multimedia laboratories, a 200 seat Lecture Theatre and a split-level Library with print and digital resources. Seton’s sports are facilitated by six Tennis/Basketball courts, three Cricket nets, two Futsal courts, a large oval accommodating Soccer and Athletics, as well as the St Brendan’s Sports Complex incorporating international size Netball/ Basketball courts. All students are on a one-to-one computer program which is supported by a high-tech network infrastructure. Many of our classrooms are equipped with Interactive White Boards as well as Short Throw Projectors or Apple TVs. Separate offices for Careers Counsellors, the School Psychologists, VET Co-ordinator and Campus Minister ensure students have easy and private access should they need it. A Virtual Business Office and a well-equipped Special Education Unit are also well utilised. Central to the school in one of our garden Courtyards sits our School Chapel built in 1968 by the Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition.

April 2021 has seen the finalisation of the Mother Seton Centre on the south end of the campus. This centre houses a new Administration block, state of the art classrooms and a staffroom. This development has allowed for the previous Staff room to be converted into a modern and spacious Education Support Centre, named the St Joseph’s Centre, to better serve the needs of these students. The previous Administration has been converted to the new Student Wellbeing Centre centrally located in the College and specifically designed to enhance the daily care and support we provide to our students.

The next major capital development project will see the replacement of the current Technology wing with a state of the art TEAM Building (Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) with a design emphasis on collaborative learning and cross-curricular teaching.
