Music SCHOLARSHIPs

The Music Department at Seton is committed to offering high quality Music education with the support of our experienced and professional team of peripatetic tutors. The College offers a limited number of Music Scholarships to students. These scholarships provide successful students with a contribution towards their music fees for the duration of the scholarship. Full or half scholarships are awarded. Please note instrumental hire is an additional fee. The scholarships are offered on an annual basis and are reviewed at the end of each year to determine whether the student will be invited to continue the following year.

For 2024, the Music Department is specifically looking for students who play the French horn, trumpet, guitar, and the bass guitar. Other instruments/vocalists are still able to apply.

The expectation of Music scholars is that they will strive for excellence in the study of their instrument and play an active and varied role within the Music Department and its ensembles.

 1.    Scholarship recipients will be expected to demonstrate a positive and committed attitude towards their music studies throughout their education at Seton Catholic College.
